Alchemical Labyrinth Leadership Training  

Our non-denominational Labyrinth Leadership training reflects our unique Alchemical approach to the Labyrinth which we regard as a tool for transformation.  The training respects the ancient origins of the Labyrinth and its deep archetypal resonance with humans everywhere, recognizing that, while helpful when used casually, Labyrinths are best utilized with intent and focus to yield the best results.

Level 1: Fundamentals of Labyrinth Leadership – 1 Day
Objective:  Attendees will leave with techniques, materials and know-how to host public Labyrinth walks and to lead introductory Labyrinth workshops and experiences for a variety of audiences.

Course Content: 

• Grounding in the history (and mystery) of the Labyrinth. 
• Discussion, information, and practical experience of 3 types of Labyrinth walks.
• Creating  public Labyrinth walk offerings

Participant Outcomes: Fundamentals of Labyrinth Leadership Certificate of Completion, and license to use with attribution, and adapt, an introductory PowerPoint presentation and handouts for audiences.   

Level 2 – Certified Labyrinth Pathworker Training - 3 Day

Objective:  Attendees will learn skills to construct simple Labyrinth designs; also to conduct a powerful Labyrinth experience for a defined group or special occasion, indoors or out.

Course Content: 

• Working with 3-, 5-, 7-, and 11-path Labyrinths, with concentration on 5 and 7 path Labyrinths and memes for these structures.
• Drawing a Cretan Labyrinth (paper, chalk, natural materials)
• Constructing a Flag Labyrinth
• Creating Celebrations and Ceremonies
  
  Participant Outcomes: Ability to draw simple labyrinths, knowledge of major Labyrinth patterns and suggested uses for them as well as experiencing working with common labyrinth structures and symbolic material suited to them. Each participant will demonstrate the ability to create a Labyrinth experience and their understanding of Labyrinth construction to be awared a Level 2 Labyrinth Leader (Pathworker) certificate.

Level 3 - Certified Alchemical Labyrinth Leader Training  
                2.5 Day experiential weekend

Objectives: Participants learn and practice language and themes for deeper Labyrinth work from the Alchemical toolbox.  Upon successful completion, participants receive Certification.

Course Content:  

Getting creative with the Labyrinth - experience and learn to lead longer Labyrinth workshops and more in-depth Labyrinth experiences.
Working with different populations and settings. Learn to construct a flag Labyrinth for outdoor events.

Participant Outcomes: Attendees demonstrate competence in constructing at least one labyrinth pattern, and in employing  Alchemical structures to create labyrinth experiences that can assist people in making desired life changes. Upon successful completion, a certificate of completion will be awarded.

Additional Specialized training and resources will be available for Certified Labyrinth Leaders, including license to use branded workshop materials.
